Omri Tamam

Omri Tamam is an experienced professional currently serving as an Algorithm Developer at BrightSource Energy since August 2021. In addition, Omri acts as a Programming Mentor at the Cyber Education Center, focusing on enriching youth in the periphery to promote computer science studies since September 2020. Prior military service includes a role as Platoon Sergeant in the Israel Defense Forces from August 2015 to April 2018, where Omri trained a mixed-gender combat bootcamp and managed a team of 40 soldiers at an operational base. Omri holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Cognitive Science from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem (2019-2022) and a Diploma of Education in Mathematics from Bar-Ilan University (2007-2011).
