Shulamit Kotzer

Shulamit Kotzer currently serves as the Head of the Digital Learning Development Team at the Cyber Education Center since May 2022. With extensive experience in educational roles, Shulamit has been a Science Coordinator and Teacher at the High School of Arts and Science in Hadera, Israel, since September 1999, focusing on Biology and Medical Science for Matriculation Exams. Prior positions include the Head of Digital Learning at the Weizmann Institute of Science from November 2019 to May 2022 and the Head of Digital Learning at the Davidson Institute for Science Education from November 2016 to September 2019, where Shulamit specialized in instructional design and LMS system management. Earlier experience encompasses roles in technology integration, data management, and instructional assistance at academic institutions such as Bar-Ilan University. Shulamit holds a PhD in Computational and Mathematical Biology from Bar-Ilan University and a Master's degree in Humanities Biology, alongside a teaching diploma in Biology from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
