Sharmaine Masacayan-Cepillo

Sharmaine Masacayan-Cepillo is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in bid management and production engineering. Currently serving as a Bid Specialist at CyberGate Defense since July 2023, Sharmaine previously held the role of Commercial/Bidding Coordinator at Imdaad from January 2019 to July 2023, where responsibilities included pre-bid management, client registration management, pre-bid preparation, and proposal support. Prior to this, Sharmaine worked as a Production Engineer at Epson Precision Philippines from April 2017 to October 2018, focusing on ensuring safe working conditions, managing production processes, and implementing quality assurance measures. Sharmaine earned a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Batangas, graduating in 2016.
