Paul Ryan

Paul Ryan is an experienced professional in the field of technology and operations, currently serving as an independent consultant with Ryan Advisory since January 2024 and as a member of the Advisory Board for Cyber Ireland since May 2019. Previously, Paul Ryan held senior leadership roles at Qualcomm from February 2013 to December 2023, including Senior Director of Engineering Operations and Senior Director of EMEA IT, overseeing the Cork global technology centre and leading various global teams. Additional experience includes serving as Director of Operations at Xiam Technologies and as CIO and Head of IT at VoiceVault. Paul Ryan began the career at AIB as Head of Technical Services. Paul Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Trinity College Dublin, obtained in 1990.
