Matt Pulley

Fractional CTO at Cyber Pop-up

Matt Pulley has a diverse work experience in the technology field. Matt worked as a Programmer/Analyst at J.B. Hunt Transport from 2001 to 2007 before joining Tribune Interactive as a Senior Software Engineer from 2007 to 2011. From 2011 to 2014, they served as the Chief Technology Officer at Snapsheet, a mobile enterprise company specializing in insurance claims. Matt then moved on to Home Chef as their Chief Technology Officer from 2015 to 2020. In 2010, they co-founded TheJMom.com, an app that connects Jewish parents for setting up their children who live in the same city. Additionally, they have also worked independently as a Technology Advisor/Fractional CTO since 2014. Currently, they are working as a Fractional CTO at Cyber Pop-up, starting from November 2022.

Matt Pulley attended the University of Arkansas and earned a BSBA in Information Systems in 2003. Matt later pursued further education at the same university and obtained an MIS degree in Information Systems in 2006. Before attending the University of Arkansas, Matt Pulley attended Lebanon HS, although no additional information about this education is provided.
