Jamie Brown has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. They started their career at Nortel Networks as a Vice President of Engineering, where they were responsible for creating and sustaining wireless data core network products. They also played a key role in successfully launching 3G initiatives.

Afterwards, Jamie moved on to Tekelec, where they held a Vice President position in Business Operations. In this role, they had P&L responsibility for the Switching Division and managed a budget of $100M.

Following Tekelec, Jamie worked at ADC as a Vice President of Engineering, overseeing both the Wireless Division and Mobile Network Solutions. They drove business-critical initiatives and revitalized the software and hardware teams.

Jamie then joined Polycom as a Vice President of Engineering, leading the Video End Points Group and Immersive Telepresence Team. They focused on improving delivery predictability, strategic planning, and introducing new hardware platforms and software architectures.

At Dell, Jamie worked in the CTO Office, leading the Special Vehicle Teams to deliver innovative products in reduced intervals. They achieved significant reductions in product intervals and operationalized the innovation process.

After Dell, Jamie joined Coriant as Vice President of Strategy & Engineering, where they focused on driving a new quality and operational paradigm across the engineering team, particularly in software quality.

Most recently, Jamie worked as the Chief Technology Officer at Cyber Reef Solutions. They led a new operational paradigm focused on urgency and overall quality, mentored the engineering team, restructured processes, and drove new business development.

Overall, Jamie has brought their leadership and expertise in driving innovation, improving quality, and delivering business-critical initiatives to each company they have worked for.

Jamie Brown attended the Air Force Academy Prep School from 1980 to 1981, where they received an appointment to the Air Force Academy. From 1982 to 1986, they studied Computer Science at East Carolina University, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in the field.
