Janina de Jesus

Janina de Jesus is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program and project management within the technology sector. Currently serving as a Global Program Manager (NPI) at CyberArk since February 2022, Janina focuses on ensuring successful project outcomes aligned with the organization's strategic goals. Prior to CyberArk, Janina held multiple roles at Cisco from March 2012 to February 2022, including Offer & Software Program Manager (NPI) and Sales & Partner Escalation Manager, where responsibilities encompassed end-to-end offer lifecycle management, operational advising, customer satisfaction enhancements, and sales relationship management. Janina's career also includes service in the Portuguese Air Force as a 2LT in the IT Department, customer support at Swisscom, and volunteer work at the Lisbon Zoo. Academically, Janina holds a Master of Arts in Linguistics and various certifications in Computational Linguistics, Web Development, and Computer/Information Technology Administration, complemented by post-graduate studies in Business Administration.
