Tomer Dayan

Tomer Dayan is an experienced R&D manager currently at CyberArk since December 2018, overseeing two squad leads and 15 team members while building a developer-to-team-lead mentorship program. Prior to this, Tomer led software development teams in the IDF's Elite Cyber Security Unit from October 2012 to November 2018, serving as the head of the software department and guiding multiple teams in delivering critical projects. Tomer's earlier experience as CEO and founder of Technological Developments included the creation of a sophisticated class generation system. Tomer holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from The Open University of Israel and various software engineering qualifications from IDF programming school and ORT Colleges.
