CyberClan is hiring a talented and creative Marketing Manager who will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of integrated campaigns to support the growth of the company, including the promotion of content and events such as webinars, and seminars. The Marketing Manager will own and ensure that all content aligns with objectives and content messaging and marketing activity is consistent with core values, brand and house style. The Marketing Manager is responsible for creating, planning and implementing the global marketing strategy to fit regional needs, forecasting sales needs and campaign budgets, and working with sales teams to ensure that marketing strengthens our brand and drives meaningful results by underpinning sales efforts.
The successful candidate will work closely with cyber the Sales and delivery teams, globally to develop and deliver a go-to-market strategy, demand generation, and sales enablement materials for internal teams and partners. They will spend time discovering new avenues to differentiate our services as well as messages to enable us to capture a larger share of the market. The ideal candidate will have an energetic, can-do attitude and be comfortable working in a metrics-driven environment, delivering results and supporting team members.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead execution of marketing strategy from start to finish, targeting all customer regions, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration
Analyze market trends, market analysis and marketing best practices to build successful strategies, brand and go-to market strategies
Be a trusted advisor and business partner to the sales teams, providing best practice marketing advice that influences, inspires, and challenges
Identify opportunities for the creation of valuable insight for clients and co-ordinate the delivery of this in partnership with subject matter experts
Execute integrated cross-competency campaigns within regulatory requirements.
Managing internal and external literature including proof reading and writing original content and arrange translations
Create and manage content of the company's website and intranet
Manage all social media channels, upload content, report on engagement and perform competitor analysis online
Manage the email marketing, optimization and analytics
Work with sales to enable the Salesforce Engagement platform successfully
Work with the web development team to support and maintain the company website
Manage monthly newsletters, blogs, publications and webinars
Analyze and report on marketing activity (including on-line analytics) and make recommendations for development and ROI.
Provide relationship management with authors and event speakers
Work with the senior leadership team and executives to develop an annual marketing strategy that aligns with the business plans and voice
Generic Duties and Responsibilities:
Be the first point of contact for any proposed activity regarding specific campaigns, events, shaping or challenging this constructively as necessary
Present new marketing initiatives for content, outreach, events, branding and more
Challenge convention, look at different ways of doing things, bring new ideas and look outside professional services for inspiration
Qualifications:
Degree in marketing or similar discipline
At least 3 years marketing experience
At least 1 year of marketing and product management experience
Marketing qualifications, such as CIM or IDM or equivalent experience
Marketing experience in the tech, services or cyber industry
Skills, Knowledge and Experience:
Experience with creating and managing brand image, content for web and print, and managing social platforms and calendars
Experience creating effective marketing programs leveraging digital and traditional marketing techniques to drive revenue growth
Experience with website management and content development
Excellent creative and copywriting skills, in line with brand values and tone of voice
Content research and creation across multiple marketing channels including blogs, social media posts, webinars etc. with ability to report on the ROIs and adjust accordingly
Proven history of creating effective marketing programs leveraging digital and traditional marketing techniques to drive revenue growth
Experience in creating a Go-To-Market plan pertaining to marketing efforts and aligning with the business objectives and plans
Comfortable using collaboration and CRM tools such as WebEx, Teams and Salesforce
Proficient in Adobe Design Suite Software
Confident user and advocate of all forms of media including automation and analysis with: SEO, Eloqua and Google Analytics
Experience of marketing e-marketing platforms such as Mail Chimp, Salesforce engagement, including managing contacts creation, distribution and follow up campaigns
Experience of marketing with B2B products and professional services
Experience of growing digital presence of a company
Strong presentation skills with the ability to establish rapport and confidence with internal stakeholders and partners.
