Sarah Boutwell, CPTM has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Sarah began their career as a Creative Director at Dream It Productions in 2008 and held the position until 2010. Sarah then worked as a Substitute Teacher at Redlands Unified School District from 2007 to 2011. In 2011, Sarah joined Cbeyond as a Sales Consultant, where they focused on acquiring new business and designing customized telecommunication solutions. Sarah then moved to CyberCoders in 2012, starting as an Executive Recruiter and eventually transitioning into roles such as Sales & Operations Trainer, Manager of Talent Development, Director of Talent Development, and currently as the VP of Talent and Organizational Development. At CyberCoders, Sarah's responsibilities included recruiting, training program development, managing accounts, and providing business strategies to increase sales.

Sarah Boutwell, CPTM, holds a Teaching Credential from the University of Redlands, which they obtained in 2011. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Drama and Dramatics/Theatre Arts, General at UC Irvine, graduating in 2006. Sarah also earned the distinction of being a UC Regent Scholar, although the specific details regarding this achievement are not provided.

In addition to their formal education, Sarah has obtained two additional certifications. Sarah became a Certified Professional in Training Management (CPTM) from Training Industry, Inc. in April 2022. Before that, in October 2021, they obtained the Certified L&D Specialist certification from AIHR | Academy to Innovate HR.
