Lucas Heneks

Lucas Heneks has a diverse work experience that spans over two decades. Lucas started their career as an artist at Marzi's Inc in 1999 before transitioning to computer services at Kinkos in 2000. In 2005, they began working as a Jr Software Developer at ionforge, where they implemented features for their flagship product and wrote marketing materials. Lucas then joined Idalica in 2006 as a Software Developer before moving on to Streamline Solutions in 2007, where they developed highly customized MS CRM implementations and created internal tools. At Volt, they worked as a Software Developer and acted as a technical lead on various projects, such as resume search and Google Enterprise Search integrations. In 2009, Lucas became a Principal Engineer at Western Digital before joining CyberCoders in 2011. At CyberCoders, they held multiple roles, including Sr. Software Engineer and Software Engineering Manager. In these positions, Lucas introduced continuous integration and automated deployments, worked on website relaunches, and participated in the adoption of agile practices. Lucas also conducted interviews and assisted in hiring decisions for other technical positions.

Lucas Heneks attended UC Irvine from 2002 to 2004, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science.
