Steven Phelps has a diverse range of work experience in IT support and management. Steven started their career at Geek Squad in 2008, where they worked as a Senior On-Site IT Support Technician and later became an IT Support Supervisor. Steven'sresponsibilities included providing onsite support for desktop and server environments, installing and configuring client networks, and performing backups and maintenance. Steven then joined Pacific Time Systems in 2012 as a Tier II Hardware/Field Support specialist, where they resolved escalated hardware support incidents and provided on-site maintenance for client hardware and servers. In 2017, Steven joined CyberCoders as an IT Support Team Lead, where they provided end-user support to over 400 users and led inter-department meetings. Steven was later promoted to IT Operations Manager, responsible for establishing support team policies, managing support incidents, and leading a team of IT support technicians. Throughout their career, Steven has consistently received recognition for their exceptional support and was awarded the Annual Support MVP three consecutive years at CyberCoders.

Steven Phelps attended Long Beach City College from 2009 to 2011. During this time, they focused on studying Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services. Additionally, in June 2011, they obtained a certification in TS: Windows 7, Configuring from Microsoft.
