Niel Johnson

Niel Johnson began their career in 1995 as a Project Engineer at GPM Mechanical Handling Engineers. In 1998, they moved to Webasto as a Manufacturing Engineer. From 2000 to 2007, they held several positions at Aston Martin Lagonda Ltd, including Body in White and Tub Area Manager, Production Manager (Acting), Technical Support Engineer, and Senior Manufacturing Engineer. In 2007, they were recruited by Fairline Boats as a Manufacturing Engineering Manager. In 2010, they joined Man Eng Consultancy Limited as a Consultant, Detail Planner, and also BAE Systems, Inc. as a Central Planning Manager. In 2012, they were promoted to Project Controls & Planning Delivery Manager at BAE Systems. From 2013 to 2017, they worked at Seaspan ULC as Director, Planning and Production Control, and Manager, Detail Planning. In 2021, they began working at Cyberdontics as a Program Manager.

Niel Johnson completed an MSc (Hons) in Engineering Business Management at Coventry University from 2001 to 2004. Niel also obtained a BEng (Hons) in Aerospace Manufacturing Engineering from the University of the West of England between 1991 and 1995. In November 2021, Johnson obtained six certifications from Greenlight Guru, including Administration and User Management, An Overview of Design Controls, An Overview of Document Management, Design Controls in Greenlight Guru, Document and Change Management in Greenlight Guru, and Risk Management in Greenlight Guru.
