Idan Blum

Idan Blum is the Director of Customer Success at CybeReady. Idan has over eight years of experience in customer success, technical services, and project management.

Idan started their career at Amdocs in September 2013 as a Project Management Officer. In this role, they were responsible for managing projects and teams, as well as providing customer support. Idan left Amdocs in September 2016 to join Portnox Security as their Director of Customer Support & Technical Services. In this role, Idan was responsible for leading the customer support and technical services team, as well as managing the company's budget. Idan left Portnox Security in June 2019 to join CybeReady as their Head of Customer Success.

In their current role at CybeReady, Idan is responsible for leading the customer success team, defining best practices procedures and processes, conducting presentations to potential customers, and creating customer awareness of the product and its value.

Idan Blum has a background in computer science and electronics engineering. Idan attended the Engineering Academic College In Tel Aviv and then went on to work in the computer science field in Israel.

They are on a team with Mike Polatsek - Chief Strategy Officer, Omer Taran - Co-Founder & CTO, and Eyal Soffer - Director of Customer Success. Idan Blum reports to Eitan Fogel, CEO.
