Alena Khromenkova

Alena Khromenkova has extensive work experience in talent development and executive search. Alena is currently working as the Head of Talent Development at cyber•Fund since February 2023. Prior to this, they worked as an Executive Search Partner at P2P Validator starting from September 2022. Alena also has experience as a Team Lead Executive Search at OZON.ru from September 2021 to August 2022, where they managed various search streams for top managers and played a key role in the hiring and adaptation process. Before that, they worked as an Executive Search Consultant at New.HR from March 2021 to September 2021, specializing in talent acquisition for technology leadership roles. Alena has also held positions such as Head of Recruitment and HR Manager at V Kontakte LLC, where they were responsible for hiring and managing a diverse range of professionals. Alena started their career as a Technical Recruiter at Yandex in January 2015, focusing on hiring mobile and C++ developers, and previously worked as an HR Manager at adidas Group from July 2011 to January 2015.

Alena Khromenkova earned a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Yaroslavl State Pedagogical University, where they studied from 2007 to 2011.
