Kendall W. has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. They started their career as an Intern at Chubbies Shorts in 2015, focusing on Product Development. From 2011 to 2016, they held multiple positions at UC Berkeley, including Olympic Sports Operations, Recreational Operations Supervisor, Special Event Manager, and Instructor. In 2017, Kendall worked as an Event Manager at the Cal Alumni Association | UC Berkeley. They then transitioned to the field of recruitment, working as a Recruiter at Robert Half from 2018 to 2021. Following that, they joined Blend as an Emerging Talent Recruiter from May 2021 to March 2023. In 2023, Kendall had roles in Marketing at Surf Skull and in Talent at Cyberhaven.
