Sergio Navas

Sergio Navas is a seasoned UAV pilot and project manager with extensive experience in the field of drone operations and inspections. Currently serving as Head UAV Pilot at Cyberhawk™ since August 2022, Navas manages a team of UAV pilots, ensuring operational safety and reliable data collection. Prior to this role, Navas was Chief Drone Pilot at Simply Drones, focusing on commercial UAV inspections in the solar energy sector, and held a Project Manager Associate position at Sundial Energy. Navas began a career in education as a lab assistant in the Solar Energy Department at Century College, contributing to curriculum development and research projects. With a background in Petroleum Engineering and Energy Management, Navas combines technical expertise with management skills to drive innovations in drone technology and energy solutions.
