Kamila Wyrwas

Kamila Wyrwas is an HR Manager with extensive experience in building and developing HR processes for multiple companies, including KODA.AI, ambiscale, and Insightland under the umbrella of Hexe Capital since January 2024. Previously, Kamila served as Head of People at Woodpecker.co from June 2016 to December 2023, where responsibilities included developing a newly-established people department, recruitment, and employer branding. Additional roles include Head of Office Administration and Office Manager at Woodpecker.co, and earlier positions in education and research, including teaching English and conducting recruitment research in the IT sector. Kamila holds a Master's degree in English Studies from Wyższa Szkoła Filologiczna we Wrocławiu and a Bachelor's degree from Wyższa Szkoła Zarządzania "Edukacja".
