Shani Ezer has an extensive work experience in the field of human resources and people analytics.
From 2011 to 2016, they worked at CSR as a Human Resources Generalist & HRIS, where they handled various responsibilities related to compensation and benefits, employee life cycle, and HRIS. Shani was in charge of equity plans, local benefits, salary reviews, and the entire recruitment and termination process. Additionally, they were responsible for data input, implementation, and maintenance of Oracle business suite and HR modules.
In 2016, Shani joined Marvell Semiconductor as a Compensation and Benefits Specialist. Their role involved workforce planning, defining and implementing Comp & Ben strategy, and representing the EMEA region in various projects. Shani worked closely with the corporate team to ensure best practices and excellent employee benefits.
From 2017 to 2022, Shani worked at NSO Group as an HRIS and C&B Expert. Their responsibilities included managing HRIS and compensation and benefits functions.
Most recently, in 2022, Shani joined OPSWAT as the Director of Total Rewards, HRIS, and People Analytics.
Shani Ezer obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Resources from The Max Stern Yezreel Valley College, where they studied from 2008 to 2011. Later, they pursued their Master of Arts degree in Labor Studies at Tel Aviv University, completing their studies from 2013 to 2015.
