Kevin Cheng, PMP, has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Kevin Cheng began their career at Logic Art Co., Ltd. in 2002, where they served as an Automation Hardware Engineer & FAE. During their time there, they managed a 3-axis automation robot system and provided hardware installation and training support to global clients and agents.

In 2010, Kevin joined Corel Corporation as a Supervisory Engineer. In this role, they played a key role in delivering customized software for top-tier PC brands such as Sony, Lenovo US, HP, Acer, and NEC. Kevin Cheng also managed software development projects throughout their lifecycle.

From 2012 to 2014, Kevin worked as a Project Manager in the Project Management Department at CyberLink. Kevin Cheng successfully collaborated with various parties to deliver customized software for tier 1 PC brands including Lenovo China, Lenovo US, and NEC. Kevin Cheng displayed strong leadership skills in managing software development projects from initiation to completion.

Kevin then transitioned to the role of Deputy Manager of the Customer Service Department at CyberLink from 2014 to 2019. Kevin Cheng led a technical services team and provided call center training for video/photo editing/playback software and mobile apps. Additionally, Kevin monitored and audited call centers' technical support quality.

Eventually, Kevin advanced to the position of Manager of the Customer Service Department at CyberLink in 2019. In this role, they managed cross-country and cross-cultural customer service teams in Taiwan and overseas. Kevin demonstrated their commitment to delivering customer-oriented services that met customer service excellence KPIs (CSAT, AHT, Success Rate, etc.). Kevin Cheng analyzed customer feedback to improve service flows, customer satisfaction, and user experiences.

Kevin Cheng, PMP, completed their education at National Tsing Hua University from 2005 to 2010. Kevin Cheng pursued an In-service Master Program of IEEM, specializing in Industrial Engineering during this period.

In addition to their formal education, Kevin Cheng has obtained several certifications. In March 2007, they earned the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute. In November 2019, they obtained the DipWSET certification from the WSET - Wine & Spirit Education Trust. Most recently, in May 2021, they became a WSET Level 3 Certificated Educator in Wine, also from the WSET.
