Shannon Hulbert- Adams

Shannon Hulbert-Adams has a diverse range of work experience in the field of human resources. Shannon began their career at Entertainment Publications, where they managed compensation, benefits, and organizational development. Shannon then moved on to Eastman International, where they served as HR Manager for two different brands. At AAA Life Insurance Company, Shannon managed a team of HR professionals and oversaw the implementation of new HR systems. Shannon later held the role of Vice President of Human Resources at Jack Morton Worldwide, where they were responsible for the HR discipline at the Detroit location. Shannon also worked at Gentherm as a consultant, supporting talent acquisition efforts during a time of rapid expansion. Shannon then joined Valassis as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, recruiting for various departments. At the American Society of Employers, Shannon served as the Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition, supporting the recruitment needs of over 750 member companies. Most recently, they worked at Revere Plastics Systems, LLC as the Corporate Human Resources Manager and Benefits Manager, providing operational support, managing payroll and benefits, and leading key integrations. Currently, Shannon holds the role of Human Resources Director at CyberMaxx.

Shannon Hulbert-Adams completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology at Taylor University from 1990 to 1994. Afterward, they pursued further education by engaging in MA level study in Professional Psychology at Geneva College from 1996 to 1998. Additionally, Shannon recently obtained a Professional in Human Resources® (PHR®) certification from HRCI in May 2022.
