Yousef Ayub

Yousef Ayub has over 19 years of experience in the recruitment and talent acquisition industry. Yousef began their career in 2002 as a Business Development & Recruitment for a UK Based Company. In 2009, they became a Talent Acquisition Team Leader for a Middle East Oil and Gas services company. From 2011 to 2012, they were a Consulting Director for Kelly Services, where they managed Singapore recruitment teams for Aviation, Chemical, Construction, Heavy Engineering, Oil & Gas, Pharmaceuticals Risk, Technology, Insurance and Financial Services. From 2012 to 2016, they were the Director of Operations for Shinrai Partners, where they provided talent acquisition, recruitment and HR services for international projects. In 2017, they became the Chief Executive Officer & Founder of Binzilla, where they developed world class technology to disrupt the waste industry. From 2021 to 2022, they were the Associate Non Executive Director for Together Housing Group. Currently, they are the Head of People Talent & Culture for CyberOwl.

Yousef Ayub began their educational journey in 1994 when they enrolled in the University of East Anglia and obtained a BA in Management in 1999. In 2021, they enrolled in the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) and is currently pursuing an MBA Essentials in Strategy, Finance, Operations and People. Yousef is also enrolled in an edX Micro Masters program in Leading High-Performing Teams.
