Victor Yim

Victor Yim is an experienced professional in the fintech and green technology sectors, currently serving as a Board Member and Co-chair of the Greentech & ESG Committee at the FinTech Association of Hong Kong, focusing on carbon neutrality and the development of a green technology ecosystem. As Head of Fintech at Cyberport Hong Kong, Victor drives the growth of over 400 fintech companies while collaborating with government bodies and regulators on key initiatives. Previous roles include Director of Product Management at TransUnion, where significant advancements in fraud and identity solutions were achieved, and Sales Director at Experian Asia Pacific, recognized for outstanding business development in fraud solutions. Victor holds a Doctor of Philosophy in NLP on Fintech Applications from The University of Hong Kong, alongside a degree in Computer Engineering from the same institution.
