Sean Harris, CISSP

Sean Harris, CISSP, has over 20 years of work experience in the field of cybersecurity. Sean currently serves as the Vice President of Security Architecture at Cybersafe Solutions since February 2021. Prior to this role, they worked as a Senior Security Engineer at the same company from August 2019 to February 2021.

Before joining Cybersafe Solutions, Sean held the position of Senior Security Engineer at Anne Arundel Medical Center from January 2014 to August 2019. Sean also served as a Network Security Engineer at T. Rowe Price from February 2013 to January 2014.

From 2008 to 2013, Sean worked as a Sr Security Engineer at ICS, where they were responsible for leading security engineering operations and special projects. Sean designed and integrated security solutions to enhance the organization's security posture.

Prior to ICS, Sean worked as a Senior Security Engineer at CSC / Teksystems from June 2007 to June 2008. Sean provided support for CA Siteminder and eTrust applications and developed web-based applications for internal and external customers.

Earlier in their career, Sean served as a Senior Security Analyst at Apptis from June 2006 to June 2007. Sean also held the position of Enterprise Security Lead Engineer at Arbitron from July 2000 to July 2006.

Sean began their career as a Systems Engineer at System Source from March 1997 to July 2000.

Sean Harris, CISSP, earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Information Systems from Salisbury University - Perdue School of Business, where they studied from 1991 to 1996.
