Shona H. has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Shona started their career as a Patient Care Technician III at Anne Arundel Medical Center in 2011, where they were responsible for providing solutions to patients and visitors, training new employees, and maintaining a clean and safe environment. In November 2018, Shona transitioned to the role of an Information Systems Help Desk Technician, where they provided technical support for end users in a Windows environment. Their responsibilities included addressing software and hardware issues, troubleshooting, and resolving customer concerns. Additionally, Shona worked as a Network Security Intern at Anne Arundel Medical Center from April 2019 to February 2020, gaining valuable experience in the field.
