Cheryl Pack

Cheryl Pack is an experienced professional in customer enablement and instructional design, currently serving as the Customer Enablement Manager at Cyberscience Corporation since January 2022. Prior roles include Senior Manager of the Technical Instructional Design Team at Cognizant, where management of an international team focused on digital and traditional learning solutions took place, and Founder of Impackful LLC, providing consulting services to create mutual solutions for businesses and stakeholders. Cheryl also held positions at Cognizant as Training Manager and Senior Learning Partner, Team Lead and Senior Instructor at TriZetto Corporation, Senior Training Consultant at Success Factors, and Senior Course Designer/Technical Trainer at Comverse. With extensive international experience and a strong background in course development, Cheryl has a B.A. in Business Administration from Ottawa University and a Diploma in Accounting from Denver Business College.
