Rich Baron

Rich Baron has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the IT and security field. Rich is currently working at CyberSheath as the Sr. Director of Security Operations and CISO. Prior to this, they worked at Insurity where they held the positions of Manager of IT Infrastructure, Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer, and IT Infrastructure Engineer. Before Insurity, they worked at CharlesIT as a Technical Lead and Security Engineer where they successfully managed computer networks, servers, security, and endpoints for over 100 small and medium businesses. Rich was also responsible for developing and maintaining the core Managed Security offering for clients. Additionally, Rich served as an IT Intern at McLaughlin Research Corporation, where they assisted in day-to-day maintenance of computer networks and participated in improving IT infrastructure. Prior to their professional career, they worked as an Academic Tutor at Roger Williams University.
