Eugene Kelman

Eugene Kelman has extensive experience in strategic planning, financial analysis, and budget management. Eugene has worked for Cybersixgill as the Director of Business Strategy, where they led the development and execution of the company's strategic plan and provided financial modeling and analysis. Eugene also worked as a Business and FP&A Manager at Cybersixgill, preparing detailed budgets and forecasts and analyzing customer and sales segmentation. Prior to that, Eugene worked at the Israeli Ministry of Defense as the Head of Economic Analysis and Budget Team, managing multi-billion NIS budgets and supporting executive decision-making. Eugene also served as the Head of Economic Analysis Team at the Israeli Intelligence Corps, where they conducted cost estimating and life-cycle cost analysis for various projects. Eugene started their career at Crédit Agricole CIB as an intern in the legal compliance department, conducting industry research and financial analysis.

Eugene Kelman holds a Master's degree in Law from Bar-Ilan University, obtained between 2015 and 2016. Prior to this, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Finance, General from Kyiv National Economics University from 2008 to 2012.
