Gil Kovary

Gil Kovary has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Gil began their career as an infantry medic in the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) from 2000 to 2003, where they received an excellence award. Following this, they worked at Neustar, Inc. as a Customer Relationship Manager from 2006 to 2008, where they managed relationships with international telecom companies and developed statistical monitoring tools to improve customer service. Gil then joined Rafael Advanced Defense Systems, where they served as the Director of Marketing and Business Development from 2012 to 2016, achieving record volumes of orders and identifying new opportunities for revenue growth. In addition, they held the position of Research & Development Leader from 2008 to 2012, leading the development of complex units and improving procedures for managing schedule and manpower. From 2016 to 2019, Gil worked at Cisco as a Backend Python Developer, where they developed a complex Big-Data system. Currently, they are employed at Cybersixgill, starting in 2018, and has held various roles including R&D Director, Multi R&D Team Manager, and R&D Team Manager.

Gil Kovary has a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Economics from the University of Haifa, which they completed between 2004 and 2008. Gil then pursued a Master of Business Administration degree in Business Administration from Tel Aviv University, from 2009 to 2011.
