Tony Nawrocki

Tony Nawrocki has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Tony'smost recent role, starting in 2022, is as the VP and Head of Identity Governance and Administration at Identity And Access Solutions. Prior to this, they worked as an IGA Consultant at the same company.

Before joining Identity And Access Solutions, Tony worked at IDMWORKS as a Practice Director from 2019 to 2022. During this time, they also held the position of Senior IDM Software Engineer & Architect. At IDMWORKS, they provided identity and access management solutions as well as data center solutions. Tony was involved in various aspects of identity management, including assessment, provisioning, role lifecycle management, access management, and governance.

Tony was previously employed at SecZetta as a Technical Team Lead and Solutions Delivery Consultant from 2011 to 2015. SecZetta specializes in security, governance, and risk management. Prior to that, they worked at Nuance Communications as a Senior Software Engineer from 2005 to 2010. Here, they played a crucial role in building the company's Directory Assistance platform and was responsible for developing automated support tools and generating reports based on call traffic data.

Tony began their career at Phonetic Systems in 2001 as a Senior Technical Account Manager. Tony managed high-profile enterprise accounts and played a key role in deploying Directory Assistance sites. Before that, they worked as a Development Manager at intraco systems from 1999 to 2001, overseeing the rollout of speech recognition applications.

Tony has also held positions at Phonetic Systems as a Systems Engineer and Technical Channel Manager from 1998 to 1999, and at registry magic as a Development Manager and Support Manager from 1995 to 1998.

Throughout their career, Tony Nawrocki has gained extensive experience in various roles related to identity management, data center solutions, security, and speech recognition.
