Malay Biswas

Malay Biswas began their professional career in 2009 with Micro Solutions as a GIS Trainee. Malay then worked as a GIS Analyst at S L MUKHERJEE Enterprise in the same year. In 2010, they joined Jiya Infotech as a Techno-Commercial Executive, where they were responsible for database management, project planning, monitoring, team building, technical support, post sales support, and team lead for project-oriented work. In 2012, they moved to Podium Infotech Private Limited as a Territory Sales Manager, where they were responsible for marketing and sales in the Eastern Region, business acquisition, managing and growing government and academic accounts, and specialist in high value strategic deals. In the same year, they rejoined Jiya Infotech as a Sr. Techno-Commercial Exec. In 2015, they joined CyberSWIFT as a SBU-Manager- Utility & Urban Development Services, National Business Development, where they managed Geospatial business Pan India for Power Water CGD and Urban Development Accounts, defined long-term organizational strategic goals, built key customer relationships, identified business opportunities, negotiated business deals, and conducted business meetings. Malay also worked as a SBU-Manager- Utility Services, National Business Development, and a Sr. Consultant Business Development, Geospatial Software & It Solutions.

Malay Biswas completed their MD GIS & RS from Jadavpur University, Kolkata in 2010. Prior to that, they obtained their Msc. In Geography from CSJM UNIVERSITY, KANPUR in 2009. Malay started their educational journey in 2004, when they obtained their Bsc. (Honours) in Geography from Calcutta train SOUTH CITY COLLEGE in 2007.
