Shripad Nikam has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as a Human Resources Lead at CyberTech Systems and Software, Inc since November 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Accenture as a Human Resources Recruiting Specialist from May 2021 to November 2021. Before joining Accenture, Shripad worked as a Human Resources Recruiting Consultant at MASTER MIND CONSULTANCY from January 2020 to May 2021. Additionally, they gained experience as a Sales Professional at BSE Institute Ltd from February 2019 to December 2019.

In their earlier career, Shripad worked as a Marketing Branding Consultant and Brand Assistant at D Y Patil University Sports Academy from April 2017 to January 2019. Furthermore, they served as a Brand Assistant at LOC FIFA U-17 World Cup India 2017 from September 2017 to October 2017.
