Thibault Lapédagne

Thibault Lapédagne has a diverse work experience in the field of cybersecurity. Thibault started their career at Wavestone as a Risk Management & Security Consultant, where they managed various cybersecurity projects and specialized in areas such as governance, compliance, risk management, and business continuity. After working at Wavestone for three years, Thibault joined EcoVadis as an Intrapreneur for CyberVadis creation, focusing on the development of a cybersecurity assessment platform. In 2018, they transitioned to CyberVadis as the Head of Assessment and Audit Operations, leading a team of cybersecurity experts and overseeing the delivery of numerous cybersecurity assessments. Thibault later advanced to the role of Chief Information Security Officer and currently serves as the Head of Cybersecurity Research at CyberVadis. Their responsibilities involve raising awareness of CyberVadis methodology, ensuring the relevancy and reliability of the assessment process, and contributing to the sales process.

Thibault Lapédagne completed a Master's degree in Telecommunications from Télécom Paris from 2010 to 2013. During the same period, they also pursued another Master's degree in Mobile Communication from EURECOM. Prior to that, they attended Lycee Pierre de Fermat - Toulouse from 2007 to 2010 for Classe préparatoire - Maths Physique. In 2015, Thibault received a Certificate in Financial Markets, Economics from Yale University. Thibault also holds additional certifications in ISO 27001 Lead Auditor and ISO 27005, obtained in 2020 and 2018 respectively.
