Ifeanyi Azu is a skilled HR professional with extensive experience in managing people and culture. Currently serving as the Manager of People and Culture at Cybervergent and previously as the Lead of People Operations & Culture at Infoprive, Ifeanyi Azu has a proven track record in executing HR strategies focused on staff engagement and retention. Prior experience includes a role as Strategic Business Partner at Ralds and Agate, where responsibilities encompassed implementing HR strategies and conducting HR audits. Earlier in the career, Ifeanyi Azu served as an Associate Consultant and as a Customer Service Representative within the construction and real estate sectors. Azu holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from Houdegbe North American University Benin.
