Rafał Boguta has a diverse work experience across various industries. Rafał started their career as a Logistics Supervisor at Citi in 1999, where they oversaw logistics operations. Rafał then worked as a Key Account Manager at BESTEXPRESS I from 2003 to 2009, managing key client relationships and executing sales plans. From 2009 to 2015, they served as a Project Manager for e-commerce at BabyGoodTime.pl, where they managed e-commerce activities, built customer relationships, and conducted marketing campaigns. In 2015, they briefly held the position of Sales Director at GET SET Sp. z o.o. After that, they worked as a Commercial Manager at fotelik.info from 2016 to 2020, where they coordinated sales team efforts, conducted training, and achieved sales targets. Most recently, they were the Head of Sales Poland at CYBEX, starting from January 2023. Prior to that, they held the position of Head of Sales at PRZETESTUJ-WÓZEK from 2020 to 2023, where they developed a new business model, managed the sales team, and fostered B2B relationships in the childcare industry.

Rafał Boguta attended Uczelnia Łazarskiego w Warszawie from 2002 to 2004, where they obtained a Magister degree in Handel zagraniczny/marketing. Prior to that, they studied at Wyższa Szkoła Handlu i Prawa from 1999 to 2002, earning a Licencjat degree in Handel zagraniczny/marketing.

In February 2010, they received the SUPER SPRZEDAWCA certification from QXL Poland / Allegro.pl.
