Greg Cavers

Greg Cavers is the current CFO at Cybin. Greg has over 10 years of experience in the financial industry, including previous positions as a VP Finance and Private Investment Advisor. As the Canadian finance lead, Greg's responsibilities focus on accounting functions and financial reporting to OSFI and Cybin's US parent company. Greg is also responsible for financial compliance for OSFI regulators, quarterly IFRS Financial Statement reporting including Capital requirements, yearly Budgeting and quarterly forecasting on multiple business lines, liaison to internal and external auditors, preparing Audit Material for both IFRS and US GAAP requirements, investment committee member reviewing results and investments in the company retirement portfolio, managing finance team responsible for financial transactions and billing processes, overseeing all revenue Canada and Provincial tax requirements, providing strategic analysis on profitability of financial services within business lines, reporting financial condition to Board of directors and sitting on regulatory committees. Greg has also developed and implemented effective internal controls for finance covering billing process and financial reporting.

Greg Cavers is a Chartered Accountant (C.A.) who graduated from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario. Greg also holds a C.A. Requirements Diploma from Wilfrid Laurier University and a B.A. in Economics from The University of Western Ontario - Huron College.
