Francesca Popa

Francesca Popa has a diverse work experience in software engineering. In 2013, they were a .NET Intern at MAXCODE, where they attended training on SCRUM, C#, ASP. NET MVC4, EF, TFS, HTML5/CSS3, JAVASCRIPT/jQuery and worked as part of team 'Orange' on real projects (front-end and back-end). In 2014, they were a Junior Software Developer at Videojug Networks. From 2015 to 2019, they were at Titian Software, where they held the roles of Software Team Lead and Software Engineer. Most recently, since 2019, they have been at MADE.COM, where they have been a Back Office Development Manager, Squad Lead & Team Lead, and Python Developer. In 2023, they began working as a Software Engineering Manager at CybSafe.

Francesca Popa holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science from the Faculty of Computer Science, Alexandru Ioan Cuza University of Iasi, which they obtained from 2010 to 2013. Prior to that, they obtained a Baccalaureate in Matemathics-Computer Science from Theoretical High School "Mihail Kogalniceanu" in Vaslui from 2006 to 2010. In 2006, they also obtained a Promotion Certificate of the National Tests from the same school. In addition, they hold a Certificate of Professional Competence obtained in May 2010.
