Rachel Fiato

Rachel F. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Rachel started their career in 2018 as a Hostess at Nashoba Valley Ski Area before transitioning to a Student Admissions Representative at the University of New Hampshire. Rachel also held the role of Admissions Intern during their time at the university.

In 2019, Rachel worked as an Office Intern at Madbury Property Management, where they assisted with phone calls, emails, and file management. Rachel also joined the UNH Phonethon as a Student Caller, using their sales abilities to raise funds for the university.

Rachel gained recruitment experience at Signature Consultants, where they worked as a Recruiting Intern and later as an Associate Recruiter. Rachel partnered with hiring managers, sourced candidates, and built relationships between clients and candidates.

In 2022, Rachel joined demandDrive as a Sales Development Representative, where they focused on generating leads and expanding the customer base.

Currently, Rachel is employed at CybSafe, starting as a Sales Development Representative and later transitioning to the role of Enterprise SDR. CybSafe is a platform that improves security controls and awareness activities by measuring security behavior. Rachel is responsible for connecting, supporting, and assisting users to improve security culture and prevent security problems.

Additionally, Rachel was involved in extracurricular activities during their time at the University of New Hampshire. Rachel was a Student Member of the UNH Professional Sales Group, where they trained for sales competitions and engaged with other universities and regional companies.

Outside of work, Rachel also served as the Secretary of Alpha Kappa Psi, Omega Delta Chapter. This professional co-ed business fraternity focuses on developing its members into principled business leaders.
