Head of Customer Success at Cybus

Anthony Krückel has held a variety of positions in the corporate world since 2013. Anthony began their career at Bergmoser + Höller Verlag AG, where they worked in the marketing department and developed and implemented a new distribution channel - content marketing & SEO. In 2015, they moved to Volkswagen AG, where they held the role of CRM Strategy. In 2016, they worked on Connected Car: Car-Net, writing their master thesis on a new way of identifying lead users in digital ecosystems while also supporting the department in designing new mobile services (private and fleet services). In 2017, they joined Another Monday | Intelligent Automation, where they held the roles of Corporate Strategy Manager, Project Manager, and Managment Trainee. Most recently, in 2021, they became the Head of Customer Success at Cybus.

Anthony Krückel completed a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Münster between 2008 and 2013. Anthony then attended RWTH Aachen University from 2013 to 2016, where they earned a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Business Administration and Management - Marketing, Innovation and Entrepreneurship. In 2015, they participated in an exchange program at Tsinghua University, studying Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies. Additionally, Anthony Krückel has obtained various certifications, including Professional Scrum Master I and II from Scrum.org, Design Thinking from Dark Horse, Managment Training from ANXO MANAGEMENT CONSULTING GmbH, Prince2 from QRP International, and SEO Workshop from 42DIGITAL GmbH.
