Billy Cheng

Billy Cheng has a strong background in information technology and business processes. Billy has held various roles throughout their career, starting in 2003 as the Group Head of Information Technology at Kah Motor Company. In this role, they were responsible for strategic IT direction, implementing IT initiatives, and collaborating with business leaders to support business goals. From 2013 to 2014, they served as the Divisional Manager of IT & Business Process at Cycle & Carriage Industries Pte Limited. In 2015, they moved to Jardine Cycle & Carriage Ltd as the Head of IT and Business Processes, and then transitioned to Cycle & Carriage Singapore in the same role. Throughout their career, Billy has focused on driving innovation, improving operational productivity, and aligning IT strategies with organizational goals.

Billy Cheng completed a Graduate Certificate in Business Enterprise Resource Planning Systems at Victoria University from 2012 to 2013. Prior to that, they studied Computer Science and Information Systems at the National University of Singapore from 1993 to 1996. Additionally, Billy obtained various certifications including ISO/IEC 27001:2022 Information Security Management System, Master Systems Thinking Science & Art, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), and Complete SAP S/4 HANA Bootcamp 2023 from Udemy, among others. Billy also holds certifications such as IT Information Library Foundations Certification (ITIL) from EXIN and Certified in IT Project Management (CITPM) from the Singapore Computer Society.
