Marjorie Simon has a diverse and extensive work experience. Marjorie is currently working as the Chief Operating Officer at CYCLE (formerly GetHenry) since May 2022. Previously, they served as a Mentor at Techstars Sustainability Paris starting from March 2023. Marjorie has also worked as an Investor at Time for the Planet and BrewDog since December 2020 and December 2016 respectively. Marjorie was the General Manager Germany at felyx - a shared micro mobility startup - from August 2021 to May 2022, where they managed operations, expansion, recruitment, and marketing. Prior to that, they held various roles at Allianz Partners from 2013 to 2021, including Head of Product and Deputy Head of Business Architecture. Marjorie also has experience as a Transformation Manager at Europ Assistance, a Manager at Ernst & Young, a Senior Consultant at Accenture, and a Junior Auditor at Price Waterhouse Coopers.

Marjorie Simon's education history includes a Master of Science in Management from emlyon business school, with a focus on Entrepreneurship, Strategy, and Finance. Marjorie also studied at Uppsala University as part of an Erasmus exchange program, where they pursued a Master of Science in Management with a specialization in Strategy, Organization, and Finance.
