Brian Wilson, SPHR has a strong background in human resources and has held various roles in different companies throughout their career. In 2022, they joined Cycle Labs as the People Operations Director. Prior to that, from 2018 to 2022, they worked at RegEd as a Sr. HR Generalist, where they successfully implemented a digitization project for employee files, enabling a smooth transition to remote work during the COVID-19 pandemic. Brian also improved efficiency and accuracy for audits while reducing administrative time.

In 2018, Brian worked briefly as an HR Generalist (Contract) at National Carwash Solutions, where they developed a Nationwide Wage Index for 300+ employees and implemented an RPO service to reduce recruitment costs and time-to-hire.

Before that, from 2013 to 2018, Brian gained experience as an Engineering Recruiter at COASTAL EXECUTIVE RECRUITERS. Brian improved the hiring process by conducting a Needs Analysis and co-creating a Value Proposition to attract passive talent. During their time there, they reduced time-to-hire from 13 weeks to 9, exceeding industry standards.

In 2013, Brian briefly worked as a Technical Sales Consultant at EyeWeb, and prior to that, they were part of the sales team at Butler Honda from 2011 to 2012.

Brian's career began in 2009 when they joined the Kappa Sigma Endowment Fund as an Area Development Manager. Brian played a crucial role in national fundraising campaigns and achieved outstanding results. Before that, from 2004 to 2009, they worked at Blockbuster as a Shift Lead, where they managed sales staff, conducted inventories, and completed extensive training.
