John Reid

John Reid is Cycle’s Director of Patient Support. He is responsible for Cycle Vita, Cycle’s Patient Support Platform. During his time at Cycle Pharma, he has built Cycle Vita from the ground up leveraging nearly 20 years of Patient Services experience and paying close attention to every detail from the construction of the CRM to the hiring of the staff and definition of all the processes that drive Cycle Vita to provide the highest level of quality and support possible- because Every Single Patient Matters.

Prior to joining Cycle, John held critical roles across two industries with responsibility for Specialty Pharmacy Contracting, Vendor Management, Finance, Sales, and Customer Service. He is proud to use his MBA from Purdue University as a strong foundation of knowledge to bring better products and services to the rare and genetic disease space.
