Lilly Alvarez serves as the Office Manager and Co-Owner at Dig Cooperative Inc., a design/build general contracting cooperative with over a decade of experience in landscaping, construction, and water conservation, since February 2017. Additionally, Lilly holds the finance manager position at Cycles of Change, a non-profit that fosters sustainable living through bike education and job training. Since February 2022, Lilly has been a board member of the Network of Bay Area Worker Cooperatives and previously worked as an office manager at Arkin Tilt Architects, specializing in energy-efficient design. Lilly has also been involved in various roles, including freelance videographer, bookkeeper at Mariposa Gardening & Design Cooperative, and general manager at Green & Clean LLC. Earlier experience includes support roles at Prospera Co-ops and the International Forum on Globalization, as well as a translation internship with the National Park Service. Educational qualifications include a Business Administration degree in Accounting from California State University, East Bay.
