Holly McQuarrie

Holly Mcquarrie is the Manager of People & Operations at Cyclica. Prior to joining Cyclica, Holly was the HR Manager at iQ Offices where they were responsible for getting everything streamlined, compliant and up to par. Holly has also held the position of HR Manager at The National Golf Club of Canada where they were tasked with reviewing all current HR related policies, procedures and programs in order to suggest and implement recommendations. Some of Holly's accomplishments include creating and implementing a Workplace Violence and Harassment Policy and Program, creating and implementing a Health and Safety Policy and Program, modifying and expanding the current AODA program to meet legislative requirements, improving and reactivating the Joint Health and Safety Committee, implementing a Human Resources Information System to better streamline on-boarding activities and document control, creating incident reporting forms and process, and making recommendations for developing job descriptions to further develop an improved performance management process and pay scale program.

Holly Mcquarrie has an advanced diploma in business administration with a specialization in human resources from George Brown College. Holly is also certified by the Human Resources Professionals Association (HRPA) in the HR Business Partner Certificate program and by the HRPA Toronto Chapter (Human Resources Professional Association) in CHRP. Additionally, they have certification in emergency first aid and CPR from St. John Ambulance Ontario and JHSC Certification from Occupational Safety Group Inc.

Their manager is Naheed Kurji, Co-Founder, President and CEO. They are on a team with Stephen Mackinnon - Chief Platform Officer, Vijay Shahani - VP, Drug Discovery, and Andreas Windemuth - Chief Innovation Officer.
