Fien Delbaere

Fien Delbaere currently serves as a sports director for AG Insurance - Soudal Pro Cycling Team and as a performance coach with Fients since August 2023. Fien has been involved with Cycling Vlaanderen since January 2022 in various roles, including as a performance coach for women's cycling. Previously, Fien was a professional cyclist for teams such as Equipe cycliste Komugi-Grand Est and Israel – Premier Tech / Israel Cycling Academy. Academic credentials include a Master's degree in Health Care Management & Policy from Ghent University, a Bachelor's degree in Office Management/Medical Management Assistant from Arteveldehogeschool, and a Trainer C degree in cycling from Vlaamse Trainersschool, expected completion in June 2024. Additional work experience includes administrative roles and a student job at Rode Kruis-Vlaanderen.
