Customer Care Manager at Cyclofix

Hélène Lapôtre has a diverse work experience in the field of user experience (UX) and customer care. Hélène most recently worked as a Customer Care Manager at Cyclofix since March 2022. Prior to that, they were a UX Designer at USER agency in November 2021. From November 2019 to September 2021, they held the role of UX Researcher at Niji, where they conducted qualitative research with users including field observations, interviews, user testing, and card sorting. Hélène also worked as a Responsable de l'expérience utilisateurs at Axomove from August 2018 to August 2019, and as a UX-UI Designer and Cognitician at Axomove from January 2018 to June 2018. Hélène's work experience also includes a role as a UX designer at Backelite from April 2017 to August 2017.

Hélène Lapôtre completed their education in a series of progressive degrees and certificates. Hélène began their academic journey at the University of Lille 1 Sciences and Technology in 2012, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, which they completed in 2016. Following that, they continued their studies at the same university and obtained a Master's degree in Cognitive Sciences for Business in 2017. Hélène'seducational path further advanced as they pursued a Master 2 (M2) degree in Cognitive Sciences at the University of Lille 1 Sciences and Technology during 2017-2018.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Hélène Lapôtre also obtained a certification in Contentsquare from the institution called Contentsquare in July 2020.
