Refael Botbol Weiss has a diverse work experience in various leadership roles. Refael was the Sr Director of Customer Success at Cycode starting from March 2023. Previously, they worked as the Director of Global Technical Account Management at Datadog from August 2022 to March 2023, where they introduced new processes and procedures to enhance customer satisfaction and led the expansion of the Technical Account Management team. Before that, Refael was the VP of Customer Experience & Co-founder at UP9, Inc. from August 2020 to August 2022, where they developed API observability and test automation tools. Refael also held multiple roles at Broadcom Inc., including Head of Customer Experience, Head of BlazeLabs, and Head of Broadcom Enterprise Software Division Hackathons from 2017 to 2020. Prior to that, they worked at CA Technologies as the Director of Solution Engineering, Professional Services, and Support from 2016 to 2018. Refael's early career includes the role of Director of Professional Services at BlazeMeter, where they joined at the early seed stage of the company, and various positions at Israel Defense Forces, such as Product Manager & Team leader of Identity Management, Team Leader of The Enterprise Information Portal Infrastructure, and System Engineer.
