Uladzislau Shatsilenia has a diverse work experience in the field of software engineering. Uladzislau is currently working at Cycode as a Team Lead Frontend EU. Prior to this, they were a Senior Software Engineer at Nomad Homes, where they developed the Paris app from scratch using GraphQL and next.js. Uladzislau was also involved in UI/UX discussions, research, and eSignature integrations within Salesforce.

Before Nomad Homes, Uladzislau worked as a Full Stack Engineer at Craft.co, where they developed a premium portal using GraphQL, Node.js, Auth0, React, Express, and PostgreSQL. Uladzislau also developed an internal search engine using Golang and Elasticsearch.

Uladzislau had a brief stint at INSPECTORIO as a Full Stack Engineer and at Synesis as a Javascript Engineer, where they worked on projects such as a tennis club management system and a booking system.

Uladzislau Shatsilenia pursued their undergraduate education from 2013 to 2017 at Belarusian State University. Uladzislau obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science during this period. Later, from 2017 to 2019, they enrolled in the School of Business and Management of Technology at Belarusian State University for a Master's degree. Their field of study for the master's program was Innovation Management.
