Nir Waintrob has a diverse work experience in the field of customer success and support. Nir started their career at Check Point Software Technologies as a Technical Support Engineer and later worked as an Escalation Support Engineer. Nir then joined Allot Communications as an Escalation Engineer, where they provided technical support for strategic accounts and conducted training sessions on complex topics. In 2016, Nir moved to Forcepoint as a Customer Success Manager and later became the Team Leader of CASB Consulting, where they built and led a global team. Currently, Nir is working at CyCognito as the VP of Customer Success, overseeing customer success activities and ensuring customer satisfaction.
